FAQ schema generator
Clear questions with direct answers are what AI assistants and search engines quote. Add yours and copy the structured data into your page.
Fill in at least one question and answer.
Runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to Notable.
How it works
- Paste the output into your page's HTML inside a script tag of type application/ld+json, on the page where the questions and answers are visible.
- Google now shows FAQ rich results only for a few well-known government and health sites, so do not expect a change in search results. The markup still states each answer plainly for any system that reads it.
- Use the questions your customers actually ask, and answer in the first sentence.
The background
Why question-and-answer content gets quoted
AI assistants answer questions, so a page that states a question and answers it in the first sentence is easy to lift into an answer. FAQ markup labels that structure explicitly, so nothing has to be guessed.
Writing answers that get picked
Lead with the answer, then the detail. Use the words your customers use, include specifics such as prices, hours and places, and keep each answer to a short paragraph.
Keep it truthful and visible
Every question and answer in the markup must also appear on the page. Markup that says something the page does not can be ignored or penalised by search engines.
Want these numbers for your brand, every day?
Notable asks AI assistants your customers' questions daily and shows how often you are recommended, with the margin of error beside every number.
